Great care is taken when packing your order, and we also understand the importance of tags on Collectable Teddy Bears, we take extra care to make sure that all tags are in perfect condition and will not be damaged in transit.
Every order is carefully packed into a cardboard carton with layers of tissue paper to keep your Teddy Bear or Toy safe and secure in their travels. This will ensure that they reach you in the same perfect condition that they left us in.
Also we take great care in the storage & handling of our bears.
None of our Teddy Bears or Toys are displayed to or handled by the public so you can be reassured that they are in perfect condition.
And just to say thank you to you for shopping with us, you will receive a little gift of yummy foil wrapped chocolate hearts with every order!
