Lay-By Terms & Conditions

Lay-by orders will only be available for orders valued above $100 AUD
Only Credit Card payments will be accepted for lay-by's
When you require your purchase to be a lay-by simply add item to shopping cart as normal go through checkout selecting your "Lay-by Payment Schedule" and then select "Credit Card" as your payment method. As soon as we receive your order your lay-by will start.
The Customer is deemed to have agreed to the following terms.

Payments

Minimum deposit of 20% is required
Payment can be weekly or fortnightly, when going through checkout you will see a "Lay-By Payment Schedule" option & a drop down box to select your payment schedule.
Once your lay-by request has been received your credit card will be charged the 20% deposit and then in 7 or 14 days from that day your credit card will be charged the next payment, this will continue until your lay-by has been paid in full.
Weekly or fortnightly payment amount will be total of your lay-by less the 20% paid in the first payment with the rest divided equally over the lay-by term of 12 or 24 weeks whichever applies.
Once your lay-by is paid in full your purchase will be posted to you on the next business day.
Lay-by terms are for 12 weeks for lay-by's up to the value of $500, for lay-by's over $500 you will have up to 24 weeks. If you wish to pay your lay-by off sooner then just send us an email or ring us.
After every payment has been processed we will email you so please ensure that our email teddybearsales@bigpond.com is in your accepted emails list so our emails do not get filtered into your deleted items.
If your credit card payment is rejected we will process it again on the next business day, if it's rejected again we will email you. If payment cannot be made your lay-by will be suspended until payment can be made. Please note lay-by time frame still applies for completion of lay-by's.
If your lay-by was suspended and still no payment is made then your lay-by will be cancelled, all payments that you have made will be refunded to your credit card less a 10% administration fee.
