Shipping

Our shopping cart will calculate all shipping costs automatically using the current Australia Post rates for both Australia & International orders. Each item has been individually weighed and the shipping costs are calculated by the total weight of your order. Simply add your items to your shopping cart and then click on the "Calculate Shipping" link, type in your postcode or zipcode and select your country. This will then give you the shipping charges for your order.

Free Shipping $150 and over applies to regular shipping only within Australia. 

   Delivery Timetable

All items that appear on our website are in stock and available for immediate delivery unless stated otherwise. Your order will be shipped to you the same day as your payment is received.

We have included a link to the Australia Post Postage Calculator website http://www1.auspost.com.au/pac/
as this will give you a guide on what the average delivery time will be for your order. Our postcode is 4740 to enter in the Lodgement Postcode section. You will need to allow 1 additional day to what is listed as all our orders are shipped each afternoon and in some cases do not actually leave Mackay until the next business day.

   Order Tracking

Every order we ship has a tracking number with the exception of International parcels that are 250g or under (this only applies to orders of 1-2 beanie kids and small bears of approx 15-20cm). For orders shipped within Australia there is on-line tracking available at
http://www.auspost.com.au/track/ 
For orders shipped to International destinations your local post office will be able to track the parcel for you using your tracking number.

Your order tracking number will appear on the top right corner of the email invoice that you receive from us to confirm that your order has been shipped.

Australia

All orders shipped within Australia are sent using Australia Post Registered Post or Express Post.

International

All International orders are sent using Australia Post Registered Airmail.  With the exception of International parcels that are 250g or under (this only applies to orders of 1-2 beanie kids and small bears of approx 15-20cm) These orders are then sent by regular Airmail.

  Receiving Your Order 

 To receive your order you will need to show identification and sign for your paecel. If your not available when your order is delivered the delivery person will leave a card in your mail box and you will then need to collect your parcel from your local Post Office.

  Returns

 Please always email us as soon as you receive a faulty item to request a refund and organize the return of the item.

We thoroughly check all items for manufacturer defects before shipping but in the event that we have missed something then we will happily refund the purchase price of the item.
 Shipping costs are not refundable on the shipping of the original item, we will pay for the return shipping of the faulty item though.
If the damage to the item has occurred while in transit though then you will need to make a claim through Australia Post for the item. All orders shipped by Registered Post are covered by Insurance for loss or damaged that occurs whilst in transit.

All Webkinz products are non refundable though due to the fact that they all have their own unique code. Webkinz codes can not be replaced or re issued.
