Express Post is also available upon request at the usual Australia Post calculated postage rate, please email for a quote if you require Express Post.
International: Each item has been individually weighed and the postage costs are calculated automatically by the total weight of the items in your shopping cart.
If you want to check what your postage costs will be add your items to the shopping cart, click on the "Calculate Shipping" type in your post code or zip code, select your country and click calculate, this will give you the postage charges for your order.
Adding items to your cart to check postage does not commit you to buy them, you can easily remove or add items to your cart as you wish.
We ship to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States & Canada as well as most countries Worldwide.

Australia: Orders shipped within Australia include on-line tracking and will need to be signed for upon delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email that includes the tracking number & expected number of business days for delivery of your order. If your order has not arrived in the amount of days stated on your email please check the tracking number at Australia Post Tracking any problems please email or phone us.
International: Orders are dispatched using Australia Post Registered Post, this does not have on-line tracking so if your order has not reached you in around 10 business days from when you received your email to confirm your order had been dispatched please email us and we will have your order tracked. All International orders will also need to be signed for on delivery.
Q:Why does my tracking still show Maryborough Post?
A:When your order is dispatched it is collected from us by Australia Post and taken to our local delivery centre which is Maryborough Post, they scan your parcel which is what you see on the tracking information. Your parcel is then loaded onto the truck or plane to be sent to you. Australia Post do not scan your parcel again while it's still on the truck or plane in transit to you. So the tracking information will continue to say "Maryborough Post" until your parcel reaches your local delivery centre where it is unloaded and scanned, then you will be able to see this new scanning on the tracking information. The next time your parcel is scanned is when it's "Loaded on Board with Driver" to be delivered to you and then a final scanning once you receive your parcel. Or if you were not there to sign for your parcel it will be scanned and say "Attempted Delivery" and "Transferred To" will show the local post office at which your parcel is being held waiting for you to collect it.

Stock Availability & Order Processing
All itmes that appear on the website with a purple ADD button next to them are in stock and will be shipped to you within 1 - 2 business days of you placing your order.
Refunds & Exchanges
We take the utmost care to ensure that every item is in perfect condition.
However in the unlikeley event that you do find a manufacturer fault we missed we're happy for you to contact us to arrange a return, please make contact with us as soon as you receive your order and in no more than 7 business days from receipt of your order.
No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Please return your item to us in a cardboard carton and in the same new & unused condition as when the item was shipped to you. Bags & all accessories that were included in with your order need to also be returned and all tags & labels need to be still attached to the item and in new condition.
If you simply change your mind then you are welcome to retun your itemr to us but all postage charges are at your own expense. And all conditions of return are the same as stated above.
Refund, exchange or store credit is dependant on availability of stock at the time of the return and at our sole discretion.
Every order is packed securely in cardboard cartons to ensure that your order will reach you in perfect condition. We take the utmost care when packing your order and can not be held responsible for any damage that may occur in transit. Damage in transit needs to be claimed through Australia Post.
We photograph every item to ensure that you are seeing an accurate representation of the item that you will recieve. However colours of any of our items may appear different on your computer due to the different screen & resolution settings from computer to computer, so there may be a colour variance from how you see the item on your computer to seeing it in person.
How are Bears measured?
All Bears are measured by the length of the bear from the top of his head to the bottom of his feet while in a laying position. All measurements shown for an item on our website are the measurements that have been supplied to us by the manufacturer.
