Postage
Each item has been individually weighed and the postage costs are calculated automatically by the total weight of the items in your shopping cart and using the current Australia Post rates.
Simply add your items to the shopping cart, click on the "Calculate Shipping" type in your post code or zip code (numbers only), select your country and click calculate, this will give you the postage charges for your order.
Adding items to your cart to check postage does not commit you to buy them, you can easily remove or add items to your cart as you wish.
We use Australia Post for all our Postage, and our cut off is 12 noon Monday to Friday.
We post Australia wide as well as to New Zealand & United Kingdom.
We also post to other countries Worldwide.
If you would like to place an order with us and you live in a country that is not listed above you will need to email us with the items that you would like to order, we will email you back with a postage quote, if you wish to continue with the order then a PayPal invoice will be emailed to you for you to make payment.
Please note you do not need to have a PayPal account to be able to make payment on a PayPal invoice.
Order Tracking
All orders posted within Australia include on-line tracking and will need to be signed for upon delivery.
Your order tracking information will appear on the top of your order postage confirmation email, you will be informed of approximately how many business days your order should take to reach you as well as the tracking number of your order, if your order has not arrived in the amount of days stated on your email please check the tracking number at Australia Post Tracking and any problems please email or phone us.
If your not home to sign for your order then a card will be left in your mail box to let you know that you have a parcel and will need to collect it from your local Post Office.
However it is important that you do check your tacking info if your order has not arrived after the expected number of days stated on your order confirmation email.
We have had cases where the order has been sitting waiting at the local Post Office to be collected for several days, as for whatever reason a card has not been received by the customer to let them know their parcel is there.
Tracking FAQ
Q:Why does my tracking still show Maryborough Post?
A:When your order is despatched it is collected by Australia Post and taken to our local delivery centre which is Maryborough Post, they will scan your parcel there which is what you see on the tracking. Your parcel is then loaded onto the truck or plane to be sent to you. Australia Post do not scan your parcel agin while it's still loaded on the truck or plane in transit to you. So the tracking info will continue to say "Maryborough Post" until your parcel reaches your delivery centre where it is unloaded and scanned, at this time you will be able to see this new scanning on the tracking information. The next time that your parcel is scanned is when it's "Loaded on Board with Driver" with your local postie to be delivered to you and then a final scanning once you receive your parcel. Or if you were not there to sign for your parcel it will be scanned and say "Attempted Delivery" and will show the local post office at which your parcel is being held waiting for you to collect it.
International
International orders are posted using Australia Post Airmail or Registered Airmail.
No on-line tracking is available for International orders, however on items that have been sent by Registered Airmail tracking is available through your local Post Office. Low cost items only are sent by Airmail which has no tracking at all.
Postage Options
At checkout you will have the option to select Regular or Express Post, both methods require a signature on delivery.
If you select Express Post you need to allow 2 business days if your outside Queensland or 3 business days if your outside the Express Post network.

All prices on the website are in Australian Dollars AUD and subject to change without notice.

All itmes that appear on the website are in stock and will be posted to you within 1 business day of placing your order unless stated otherwise.
At peak times such as Christmas we still try and get all parcels out within 1 business day however there may be a delay due to our large volume of orders received so at these times allow 2 business days for despatch of your order.

Refunds & Exchanges
We generally do not offer refunds or exchanges as we take the utmost care to ensure that every item is in perfect condition when we post your order to you.
However if you do find a manufacturer fault that we missed then we're happy for you to contact us and let us know. Please make contact with us as soon as you get your order and in no more than 7 days to let us know so that a return can be arranged. No other reasons are acceptable to obtain a refund or exchange. Refund or exchange is dependant on availability of stock at the time and at our sole discretion.
No postage costs will be refundable.
Every order is packed securely in cardboard cartons to ensure that your order will reach you in perfect condition. We take the utmost care when packing your order and can not be held responsible for any damage that may occur in transit.
Colour Variation
Colours of any of our items may appear different on your computer due to the different screen & resolution settings from computer to computer, so there may be a colour variance from how you see the item on your computer to seeing it in person.
