The last day of school is Lauren’s favourite day because she knows the summer holidays are about to begin. She loves to spend her summer in Bay O’ Beanie, there’s so much to do there. Lauren usually spends her morning at the beach swimming, making sand castles and checking out the rock pools for sea creatures. Then it’s off to the ice cream parlour for a double scoop of her favourite flavour, Bubble Berry Delight. When the sun goes down it’s off to the Bay O’Beanie drive-in to see the latest summer blockbuster. The nights are so warm in Bay O’Beanie everyone watches the movie sitting on the bonnet of their cars. What a great day, and you know what? She’ll do it all again tomorrow!
